Urick Foundry manufactures Ductile Iron using a new Disamatic 230 molding machine. Our modern finishing department utilizes a continuous shot blast machine, robotic grinders, and modern trimming equipment to minimize costs and reduce lead-times.

We produce all of our patterns in house utilizing the latest in urethane pattern technology. This allows us to produce precision patterns minimizing the amount of parting line flash. You own these patterns and Urick will maintain and replace worn patterns at no cost to you.
